early issue circa 1897, with blued unsigned 7 1/2in. barrel, ramp and blade fore-sight, rear-sight to the stirrup barrel latch with windage adjustment, break open frame with automatic ejecting quick release fluted cylinder, exposed hammer and chequered trigger, flared chequered walnut grips, the grips measuring 4 1/4in. in length as opposed to the normal 3 5/8in. and 2 1/4in. wide at heel instead of the usual 2in. (both chipped at toe), reblued finish
